Geoff, who has given this talk at the Battle of Britain memorial site at Capel-le-Ferne and is booked for the National Air Force museum at Christchurch,  will be telling us the true story of a New Zealand pilot who escaped death nineteen times in shoot-outs, crashes and an incredible escape from the German army, and parachuted into Cranbrook when he was shot down.
