What: A chance to get together with like minded people and learn more about Transport and Machines. We cover a wide range of topics with discussions and visits to interesting places. All members take part in the organisation.

This group aims to visit a variety of museums and historic transport sites throughout spring, summer and autumn. We travel by car and take it in turns to drive. During the winter months we meet in member’s homes, when a member will give a presentation of their choice, Sometimes work or hobby related, or a topic which they are familiar with,

Planned visits for 2026 include: Dover Transport Museum, Tenterden Museum, RAF memorial, Hawkinge Battle of Britain Museum, RAF museum, Hendon, Elham Valley Railway, Whitstable Museum, Crossness Pumping Station, De Havilland Museum, Lashenden Air Museum, Manston Spitfire and Hurricane memorial.
